Who We Are
We rival the general building extension trade and specialise in both single and double story ‘bolt-on’ extensions. As a company, we are different from any other in the building trade today, as we focus on small works only. We offer a new clean, no mess, fast screw foundation system that can be installed in a fraction of the time it takes to use more traditional forms and it removes none or minimal muck/soil from the site creating a solution to the stress and hassle of getting the product underway and out of the ground.
All frames of the building are built on the foundation system and are constructed off-site, from timber, in panel form. These panels are pre-made to the architect and engineer’s dimensions and are ready to install on-site as soon as the foundation system is in place meaning that a project that would normally take 6 months, we can install within just 3 months! The frame is structural, thermal, sustainable and eco – friendly.
Within weeks we guarantee the structure of the extension to be watertight. The windows and doors are fitted, and the roofing contractor starts his work. Once the roofer has completed the roof, the building envelope can get underway. This can be any finish that the client wishes for from brick, rendered blockwork, rendered fibre panels to timber/composite weatherboard to achieve the desired finish.
As soon as the windows and doors are installed, and the roofer is underway, the first fix of the mechanical and electrical installation can start. This work will be going on at the same time as the roofer and the building envelope contractor are working meaning that again, huge amounts of time are saved against trying traditional methods of construction.
By the time we are ready for decorations and second fix, a traditional building company would only just be able to have the roof on and have made the building watertight!
